Here, I lead technical strategic development for network administration and migrations, setting timelines. I also lead custom development of bespoke applications for multiple business units. Implement secure techniques for B2B file sharing using SharePoint online and Azure AD to enable external end-users to use personalized protected passwords, providing secure and trusted authentication experience. I've successfully implemented MS Teams and Teams Rooms systems across multiple remote offices, and the corporate office, facilitating remote collaboration. My role covered increasing security and bolstering risk management by integrating Azure AD and MFA Conditional Access, organization wide.Key milestones:• Migrated organization from on-site Exchange 2010 and SharePoint 2010 to full Microsoft 365 cloud stack.• Introduce Azure AD Identity Governance facilitate B2B organizations monitored access to company resources minus IT intervention, reducing support for external users.• Cut organizational costs by $4K/month by replacing outdated phone system with modern VOIP system. Achieved best value for agreements by revamping licensing and cloud spending securing average annual savings of $15K.• Adapted to Covid restrictions in compressing timeline (from one year to two weeks) for legacy network drive move to full Cloud share storage (SharePoint & OneDrive).• Automated internal medical procedure approval process by employing Jira (digitizing 100% paper process), reducing time from one hour to 7 min, via Jira Service Desk Datacenter.• Enhanced office workflow efficiency by introducing e-faxing system, facilitating fax arrival notifications or deployment via email.• Headed up development of bespoke team and badge management system in C# and .NET core (with custom azure logic app & PowerShell script) to automatically consolidate nested group relationships into Microsoft Teams, as well as handle improved HR security/access control workflow, fully independent from IT.

In this role, I administered and updated computer networks, integrating computing environments comprising computer hardware, systems and applications software, as well as handling all configurations.
