Leader of multi-million dollar work program with the goal of maximizing airline contract profitability by providing financial analytics. Implemented short term and strategic solutions to perform analytics by integrating operational, contractual, servicing, predictive and cost data for aircraft engines. A strategic roadmap delivering a long-term architectural blueprint and analytics focus areas was followed by a phased agile solution to develop architecture, integrate data from multiple sources, and provide analysis through Cognos and Spotfire dashboards.
