I joined Techedia in January 2014 as one of the founding members of the company, following the merger of the I.T department at GT Law Solicitors to Techedia. My position of Account Manager/Team Leader & Senior Case Management Developer includes: All aspects of Proclaim Development & Support including overseeing the work completed by the developers in my team, across multiple client databases.Liaising with my Clients to capture their development needs and specifications.Planning and implementing advanced bespoke workflows.Advanced Integrations with 3rd Party applications using Webservices via WSDL, XML, XSD, FTP, SFTP.All aspects of helpdesk support, including overseeing the work completed by my team members.

I joined GT Law Solicitors in September 2012 following my position at The Specter Partnership Solicitors, progressing my career further in the Legal I.T industry. My main duties at GT Law are developing the case management system, Proclaim. As part of the I.T team I am also responsible for supporting the companies I.T infrastructure including the maintenance of the network ie switches servers and routers and supporting users working on the terminal server via RDP from multiple offices connected via our MPLS network.I am also responsible for organising and delivering User level 1 Training on our Proclaim systems with groups of 3-4+ people, either face-to-face or delivering training remotely via RDP and conference calling.

Using Centos and programs such as squid, postfix, spamassasin, fetchmail.- Microsoft Exchange 2003.- Active Directory.- IP, TCP, DNS, DHCP.- Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, also rollout of upgrade to 2007 across the business.- Telephone System Programming – (Inter-tel System)- Networking – installing routers, in a home and domain network.
