I am a Process Engineer with significant experience across all stages of drug substance development in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as skills in drug product development and fine chemicals. I am accomplished in problem solving, scale-up and tech transfer, through a wide variety of projects in multidisciplinary teams incorporting internal and external partners all over the globe. Through these, I have also refined my softer skills, developing expertise in project management, coaching and visual management. I have sought to develop my skills in areas beyond engineering to gain perspective and context, most notably in the areas of analytical chemistry strategy and crystallization, where I now lead the company's strategy in my present role.
