Core activities include sound system design, implementation and the provision of audio technical management and consultancy where required.Role: - Generate new business relationships whilst maintaining a hands on approach to existing long-term clients in a broad range of government, corporate and cultural organisations. - Analyse and assess new professional audio innovations & technologies to improve processes and the customer experience.- Partner with companies in the wider events services industry to provide tailored solutions and new value to customers.- Streamline and consolidate lines of business to maximise profitability and return on capital investment.- Procure and coordinate freelance/contract staff- Coordinate logistics to ensure on time delivery of services.- Identify effective information system strategies to generate business value.
