I led various projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region for retail security for retail stores, restaurants, commercial offices, banks, and schools.One of my career highlights? Being hired to orchestrate the security installation for an $8M+ residential property. With over 200 glass break sensors, door alarms, smoke detectors, and cameras to install, it was an intricate design of technology and logistics. But we pulled it off seamlessly, earning us the privilege to work on other high-end properties and private schools.We installed and serviced NEDAP RFID loss-prevention systems and security pedestals for multiple H&M and Target stores across Pennsylvania, Maryland, DC, and Virginia.But it wasn't just about installing hardware; it was also about streamlining processes. I took the lead in ramping up productivity—establishing best practices, making necessary process improvements, and even creating training videos that have been shared nationwide.
