Based in the UK, I lead the Talent Acquisition function for the EMEA region covering over 22+ countries and 30+ Entities.Responsibilities include:• Managing and mentoring a high performing team of 4 recruiters and 2 coordinators• Creating, driving, and implementing Talent Acquisition strategy.• Effectively utilizing and analysing data to steer key decision making• Managing TA Budgets• Using key metrics to determine the performance of attraction channels.• Creating efficiencies and improvements in process to reduce cost and time to hire• Aligning with all HR Departments to ensure a smooth candidate journey to include, People Services, Total Rewards, Payroll, Onboarding, and IT Services.• Improving touchpoints across the recruitment journey to create the best possible candidate and internal stakeholder experience• Developing and rolling out TA programmes including structured hiring, ATS manager training.Achievements include:• Growing, coaching, and developing the Talent Acquisition Team to be empowered and successful.• Hiring 400+ Permanent and 100+ Contingent workers across the EMEA region.• Building the EMEA Talent Acquisition function through transition of unsuccessful RPO into a strong Internal TA team. • Introducing Talent Acquisition as a true business partner • Part of a team of TA Leads, designing and implementing Verifone's new Applicant Tracking system, 'Greenhouse' in just 8 weeks.• Personally, delivering live video training to 1,000+ managers to educate on how to use Verifone's systems such as HRMS 'Workday' and ATS 'Greenhouse'• Development and rollout of Verifone Structured Hiring program including content generation for the Verifone Learning Academy.• Development of ATS to include full offer generation, approval, and contract extension • Updating Employment contracts in 22 countries from local, into dual language• Aligning Verifone's Talent Acquisition experience across all regions (Americas & APAC)
