I led a team of 25 delivering reporting and planning activity for BT's B2B unit (c.£5m revenue, c.£1.5bn EBITDA). This includes managing key month end, budgeting and forecasting activities for both income statement and balance sheet across the unit.

I was responsible for co-ordinating reporting, planning and financial control activities for BT's consumer brand. I led a team of 15, acting as a key link between commercial finance teams and the Consumer CFO.

I business partnered BT Consumer's Service Managing Director, and was responsible for driving the financial direction for a large service organisation with more than 10,000 people.

In this role, I also coordinated all of the reporting, budgeting and forecasting activity for the >£1bn revenue broadband business.
