Six month Associate role in Community Finance & Social Enterprise. - Enabled RBS’ social finance charity, Social & Community Capital (S&CC), to measure and report its impact for the first time by creating and implementing a social impact measurement framework and tool. It is still in use today. - Co-wrote new S&CC mission statement and strategy. S&CC determined to take a bolder approach in part due to my social impact work.

The Other Hand provided full representation in Europe to select US independent record labels from 2011-2014. Services include management of marketing, distribution, licensing, publishing, touring and manufacturing. I sold the label services business in 2014 but retained the record label, artist management, publishing company and consultancy. • Created a new model for label services; established and grew the company to seven clients on retainer (including former employer Stones Throw).• Grew turnover and maintained profit margin for three consecutive years.• Negotiated and executed sale of company to a distributor. • Increased profits for clients through increased sales, more efficient procedures and new income streams such as neighbouring rights collection and synchronisation. • Managed P&Ls, cash flow, marketing budgets and international promotion teams.• Negotiated distribution, licensing and sponsorship agreements involving advances of up to £500,000.• Influenced clients’ global strategy through financial analysis and market intelligence. • Responsible for network of over 25 physical and digital distribution partners. • Recruited and trained several employees, including my successor.• Developed joint venture record label between BBC Radio 1 DJ Benji B and Sony Music.• Built and marketed new e-commerce site, and established new revenue stream.

These territories sold over four million singles and 500,000 albums. It is still the greatest commercial success in Stones Throw’s 20-year history.• Expanded distribution network into new territories.
