Operations Manager
Current• Lead daily operations- overseeing staff, scheduling, sections, promotions, and guest satisfaction while ensuring efficient service for a new 3 concept restaurant projected to revenue 15 million• Scrutinize labor reports, maintaining costs within allotted budget and guaranteeing compliance with labor laws• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and decrease costs• Review performance metrics daily while developing action plans to improve performance, including training programs, end of day reconciliation procedures, side work, staff documentation, and entertainment booking• Direct and educate management team on floor management, cleanliness standards, personnel coaching, and guest engagement
