Who am I? I am a problem solver and love a challenge. I thrive on analysing and pulling apartproblem statements, systems and processes to define change impacts and find new ways ofworking where there is opportunity to improve business efficiencies, simplification and innovation.As a former qualified teacher; education, continuous learning, and building capability are alsopassions of mine in and outside of the workplace. While change may or may not be the onlyconstant thing, it requires people who can navigate, plan, mitigate and communicate the transition from current to future states, and why I use my skillset to manage change.
