The Training & Development Director (TDD) of Georgia TSA reports to the Executive Director and is tasked with leading a group of high performing student leaders from across the state of Georgia as they lead over 15,000 STEM students. As the TDD it is my duty to oversee this group of student leaders for a school calendar year. Utilizing leadership development curriculum to catapult these student leaders into a 21st century world of leading. Equip them with skills to interact with peers, display teamwork and to facilitate large group presentations. Also the TDD assists in the conference operations of the Non-Profit.
