● Used Assistedge, an RPA Platform, to create an automated program that would collect around 1000+ knowledge article URLs from a hub website and collect it onto an excel sheet.● Scripted small javascript commands into Assistedge RPA in order to navigate the hub website and grab the URL elements via XPATH.● Coded C# with Selenium libraries in order to grab client information from CSS, a site holding our client’s info, and autofill fields within a mainframe application to get user information for company representatives.● Used dBeaver in order to make queries into a MySQL database in order to test application processes and troubleshoot problems the users have faced.● Connected with users based on ServiceNow or Zendesk tickets via Zoom calls in order to troubleshoot software issues related to our application, Assistedge Engage.● Documented various issues users have faced and created knowledge articles for IT, team members, and company representatives to reference when facing issues.● Utilized GitHub to push changes done to Assistedge Engage applications into separate branches and pull in changes done by other teammates.
