Job Duties:- Developing a good understanding of client companies within the Rail & Civil Engineering sectors.- Alongside new business development, also responsible for the managing and servicing three large existing accounts at VGC in the form of Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall and Bechtel.- Maintaining client relations and developing them further. Liaising with clients on a regular basis to ensure service targets are being achieved.- Visiting client companies in order to build better relationships and to gain a better understanding of exactly what it is the client is looking for in terms of the type service and candidates VGC will be providing. - Drafting job descriptions and advertising the vacant positions through all related media outlets such as - LinkedIn, VGC website and chosen job boards.- Responsible for the attraction of quality candidates to introduce to the business via headhunting, job adverts, referrals and CV sourcing.- Receiving and reviewing applications, pre-screening candidates via telephone and face to face interviews, leading to a shortlist of candidates for the client to interview.- Taking out references for all applicants before submitting their details to the client.- Prepping and de-briefing candidates and clients before and after interviews.- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.
