Voice Project aims to improve organisations by giving people a voice. I've been working with Voice Project since 2012. My role includes survey design and analysis, interpretation and presentation of organisation results, and post-survey action planning and support. I've delivered staff engagement, leadership 360, and service quality surveys in government.

During my time with Macquarie Group, I worked on projects in the areas of career development conversations, career management, and performance appraisal. I was responsible for producing content which communicated expected/ideal practices, as well as the development of training materials

As part of my Masters degree in organisational psychology, I completed a placement at DuPont Australia. Here, I was involved in the development and delivery of training materials pertaining to coaching practices and personal/workplace safety. I also assisted with the development of assessment tools.
