Developed and implemented a measurement framework of 34 key performance indicators. Provided analysis and insights to senior management, country board members and donors, and governance structures including the Office of the Inspector General to identify and address areas under-performance. Contributed to developing the Global Fund’s annual work plan and $300 million operating budget. The Global Fund is the world’s largest financing institution that supports programs fighting AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria. The Fund mobilizes and invests nearly US$4 billion per year to support local programs in more than 140 countries.

Developed a targeted health marketing campaign to change patient and provider perceptions of intrauterine devices. Conducted market research to reduce unintended pregnancy rates in NYC.

Implemented a Facebook-based student support tool engaging 14,000+ users to increase the number of low-income, first-generation, and historically under-represented students who graduate from college.
