DESIGN x HUMANITY is a volunteer design collective pairing experienced creatives with fresh faces to collaborate on real-world projects advocating for equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism.All creative projects developed by DESIGN x HUMANITY are 100% free to the public and are hosted through a variety of digital platforms including edapp & UNITAR's EducateAll initiative.

- Design and develop corporate university projects for a major midstream oil and gas organization, including curriculum development, competency writing, E-learning modules (using Articulate Storyline), self-study guides, and training videos - Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather training content and identify training needs as well as outdated information in existing training- Edit training videos and audio clips using Adobe Premiere and Audition- Ensure training aligns with business and stakeholder needs

- Designed and developed learning and development opportunities- Created a variety of learning resources, including training manuals, reference materials, job aids, and other technical writing- Collaborated with subject matter experts and company stakeholders (Vice President, HR Director, Sales Directors, Store Managers, Sales Advocates) to identify performance gaps and training needs- Made store visits, observed employees, and obtained their feedback to assess transfer of training and identify training needs- Composed and distributed weekly training completion reports for all leadership levels (from store managers to the CEO) based on raw training data from LM- Managed Instructional Design internship program: recruited new candidates, managed interns throughout their tenure,monitored project development, assisted with roadblocks, and reported on intern/project progress to stakeholders- Managed LMS, including profile management, training completion tracking, and troubleshooting- Redesigned new hire training program to clarify information and reinforce the Cricket brand- Facilitated semi-monthly Train the Trainer webinars for Store Managers and Territory Managers- Facilitated new hire training for incoming Territory Managers and Sales Directors
