A $300M business serving many markets including Automotive, Computing, Mobile and Industrial applications with business and manufacturing locations in Europe, Asia and North America.Responsible for defining the Innovation & Development strategic direction in line with the business strategy and delivering new technology requirements.

NXP Semiconductors (formerly Philips Semiconductors):General Manager of a >100M US$, high volume semiconductor assembly factory in Dongguan, Guangdong province, South China with over 2500 employees. Responsible for the overall management of this large manufacturing location.

Industrial Manager for the 300M Euro Power semiconductor business headquartered near Manchester, U.K. Responsible for coordination of all world-wide Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain for this business (both wafer fab & assembly, including subcontracting). Direct responsibility for the 60M Euro UK production operation (wafer fab).

Operations Manager for a >50M Euro, high volume semiconductor assembly operation in the north of the Netherlands. Resposible for transfering part of the operation to a subcontractor located in South China as well as downsizing the remainder of the operation and organization.

Responsible for the Suppy Chain management for the Power business headquartered near Manchester, UK. Including delivery performance to customers, inventory management and the Purchasing organisation for the manufacturing operation located on site.
