Head of the marketing function, I’m responsible for bringing the voice of the customer into the company and the creation and execution of our marketing strategy. Autino are majority owned by BP, and our 40-strong team produce SaaS and software solutions that are transforming automotive consumer experience across the independent, franchised and OEM sectors. I introduced an annual market research project that drives our market-oriented strategy and I manage a small team of very talented marketers in delivering on that strategy.I still pick up the phone every day and enjoy speaking to our customers too.

Established and led the Marketing function. This included communicating and growing a new brand and suite of aftersales software products to a global audience.Built strategy and all marketing assets for CarVue, a SaaS solution that attracted $1m overseas governmental contract, and was subsequently invested in by BP in a £multi-million deal.

Managed a team of creatives, developers, sales and account members producing award-winning websites, content management systems and digital marketing platforms for the motor industry.Created digital strategies for established and new-to-market automotive businesses that drove high revenue growth through online lead generation for 20+ car dealer groups.

The first digital position created for the prestigious motor group, I managed two corporate website launches, including never done before live used car feeds for 40+ dealers, and day-to-day activity/lead gen reporting to board level. Responsible for SEO, PPC and digital advertising, I introduced used car image standards across the group, and created 'digital champions' in each business to cater for the emerging digital market.
