CurrentResponsible for implementing an industry-leading CMMS technology platform (TELS) that provides transparency and efficiency in physical plant operations for Senior Living facilities.Support customers via TELS technology by streamlining operations through tools like preventative maintenance scheduling, regulatory compliance, asset management, workforce training and management, and capital planning.Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to C-suite, VP and regional rolesProvide solutions to critical building infrastructure and envelope via the Building Services network of 3rd party vendors in the trades available on the platformGuide strategic direction within territory that aligns with national accounts strategy across the enterprise. Drive accurate documentation and forecasting in CRM. Develop new business and a strong sales pipeline through dedicated prospecting within a nationwide territoryBuild strong relationships across the client base and provide outrageous customer service resulting in 100% retention and high customer satisfaction. Leverage a strong technical acumen leading to credibility with partners and customers.
