These innovations resulted a.o. in the first video conferencing solution for mortgage advise for the largest Dutch bank, the first internet brokerage solution for a Swiss bank, the first website to buy insurances and mortgages for the largest Dutch Insurer, and the creation of a new IT-solution for the mass roll-out of Fiber and mobile Internet in the Netherlands. Transforming to the Digital age I have assured omnichannel customer services and deliveries for a large Telco and omnichannel product delivery including mobile for a large Utility. Throughout the years I have transformed organisations from waterfall through Unified Process to scaled Agile organisations.People admire me for my drive, commitment and can-do mentality. Starting with the business owners to create the vision, I help all stakeholders get and stay aligned and enable the teams to deliver what our customers need. My focus on the whole as well as necessary details, my perseverance, and results orientation are strengths and pitfalls and have brought lasting results.
