• Security team – compliance and certifications for Information Security (ISO27001) & Supply Chain Security (ISO28000) standards;
• HW Global compliance with Safety & EMC requirements and certifications (FCC, TUV/UL, CCC, Anatel, EAC, NEBS, etc.);

• Management all Quality, Engineering & NPI aspects of the Company products - full involvement, policies definition and management of requirements at all stages of products' life cycle - development, pre- production.
• On-going Quality & Reliability monitoring and improvement of new and mature products
• Company certification for international standards (ISO9001/14001/28000/27001)
• Direct management of Engineering department, Quality department & three subcontractors
• Dotted management of HW R&D, Radware Production, two subcontractors & two vendors.

• Management all Quality aspects (Suppliers, NPI, Production, Delivery, RMA) of few Business Units:
• Leading improvement of Quality & Manufacturability of new and current products
• Customers' Focal Point on CAPA on all quality issues found in products and services.
• Preparation and leading Suppliers Performance Quarterly meetings.
• Internal & External auditing (Suppliers & CMs) in Israel and abroad
• Managing team of QA representatives at CM's sites.Reporting to VP Quality

• Leading definition and implementation of Quality Management System: Quality Management Processes, Metrics, Audits, Continual Improvement Cycles.
• Definition of Quality Goals and leading implementation of Quality Plan.
• Preparation and providing status of Quality Metrics for management review purposes. Leading all activities related to quality improvements and corrective actions, driving process changes to achieve quality goals.
• Leading activities related to external certification (ISO 9001:2000)

Post-manufacturing integration and service of Indigo digital printing systems. Frequent and long trips to N. America, Europe, Japan. Cooperation with R&D and other departments for optimization of manufacturing process. Definition of QC processes and tests, participation in quality and productivity improvement efforts. Leading LEAN projects as part of LEAN.
