Alex Krug is the co-founder of Baton. Previously in his career he was the Head of Business Development & Strategic Initiatives at Behance (Adobe), the leading online platform to showcase and discover creative work. As a founding member of Behance, Alex served as Vice President until Adobe acquired Behance.Under Alex's leadership, Behance powers the online galleries for the AIGA, Wacom, Pantone, Cooper-Hewitt/Smithsonian Design Museum, Vice, R/GA, Linkedin, Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), and AdWeek – to name a few. In addition - he leads business & product development for Adobe Talent – (www.behance.net/adobetalent).Prior to joining Behance, Alex held business and creative roles at Coach Inc. and 24 Seven Inc. He is an early investor & advisor to Juxtapose, Pattern Brands, Shake (acquired by Legal Shield), Raden, Loveback, Gin Lane, Prefer, Pinto (acquired by Spins), Savvy, Discern, VTS & Honest Buildings (acquired by Procore) – among others.Alex graduated magna cum laude from FIT, SUNY. He is Vice Chair of the board for the Young Friends of Mount Sinai Hospital. He lives with his wife and two kids on New York’s Upper East Side.
