• Perform E2E testing in order to make sure the system works exactly as specified• Verify applications run smoothly and correctly on different platforms and/or browsers at the same time by cross-browser compatibility testing as well as cross platform testing• Identify and prepared test data for various test scenarios• Perform pre-release regression and post-release sanity testing• Improved QA processes and reduced regression time• Analyzed and provided feedback on test documentation as well as created/expanded it if needed• Gathered and reviewed QA sprint metrics• Regularly participated in meetings: DEMO, POC, Security/Architecture, Scrum ceremonies, etc.

 Responsible for testing Web and Mobile (iOS and Android) applications Working in an Agile/SCRUM methodology, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning, refinement, and retrospective  Solid knowledge of all phases of SDLC and STLC Writing and executing test cases against business requirements and user stories  Performing smoke, functional, UI, regression testing Tracking and reporting defects in JIRA  Writing and utilizing SQL queries to validate database data integrity Responsible for compatibility and cross-browser testing on a variety of devices and platforms Collaborate with Development, Business, Technical support, and customers support teams in post-production improvements
