Among my work supporting DaVita's value-based contacting programs, I develop financial forecasts for several agreements, managing close to $3 billion in program value.

As an actuary at Cheiron, I am experienced in working with multiemployer and public sector health & welfare plans. My experience is specifically related to medical and Rx claims analysis, health expenditure projections, benefit change pricing, and retiree actuarial valuations.

For the summer of 2008, I worked as an actuarial intern for a Defined Benefit pension administrator. My work consisted of calculating individual retirement benefits, constructing pension tax forms including Schedule B, and building FAS 87 reports. I also performed some work on health care plans, including Medicare Part D Testing and GASB 45 reports.

I worked in close contact with clients in order to receive all necessary information to complete their pension tax forms. I also updated client files and answered phones as necessary.
