Hi, welcome to my profile!In this section there is some information you don't find in the "Experience" section.I am Alex, a management engineer but passionate about data and personal improvement.During my university years, I joined the Junior Enterprises Network, a network of NGOs managed and composed only by students which delivered projects to companies.I made my way to the board of Italian confederation, Junior Enterprises Italy as treasurer, representing more than 1.000 students in 30+ universities and, after that, I joined the board of Junior Enterprises Europe as treasurer as well.There I spent one year living in Brussels and representing more than 30.000 students in 15+ countries.After university, I joined the consultancy firm SDG group, learning about data and business intelligence and falling in love with this subject.Driven by my willingness to leave an impact in the world, I decided to leave to create my own consultancy firm, The VBA Guys.Now we operate under the umbrella of YellowKnife & Partners.Lastly, since education and training are two of my passions and again because I want to help others achieve their goals, I founded Skill Hackers.Skill Hackers is a training company both B2C and B2B. The Italian Confederation ensures the support and the integration of the Italian Network.As Treasurer of JADE Italia, Italian Confederation of Junior Enterprises, I was one of the four ExBo members with the responsibility to coordinate and supervise 19 Junior Enterprise and over 600 Junior Entrepreneurs. I was both Head of Finance and Head of Enlargement: as Head of Finance, I was in charge of the accountancy, the creation and update of the annual budgets and the monitoring of the cash flow. As Head of Enlargement, my aim was to create new Junior Enterprises in Italy. I start by redefining from scratch the enlargement strategy, became thereafter a best practices.
