Turn-key offshore software startup in Romania for BetBrain Ltd UK, now named EveryMatrixI was in charge of all issues related to branch startup (in 2004) and management.The branch had over 40 employees and it's still growing.

At FIR I was in charge of assisting foreign companies have clean, fast and safe offshore startups in Romania.We provided turn key solutions (legal, accounting, HR) for these offshore setups. Our accountants were ACCA certified, and therefore very experienced with foreign fiscal regulations.Our strong point was IT branches, and we also provided outsourcing for services as IT Consulting, Software Architecture, Project Management or Team Leadership.So far we have been involved in various degrees in helping out BetBrain UK, Bullguard Ltd, and IMT Labs (turn key solutions, recruiting, management, accounting, legal). Starting 2008 FIR is pretty much on hold, as I am focused on Zitec.

My job also included the creation of reqirements documentation for various web projects.

My primary activity was related to Radio 21 graphic identity and web-site. I also created graphics for different add campaigns (outdoors, media prints, video clips).
