It's been since more than 20 years now managing projects in the Public Administration area at EJIE for the Basque Government, facing with new technologies and organizational issues towards the digital transformation of the administration.Responsible of all phases of the management work for projects in the Public Administration area:- Establish an agreement over objectives, deliverales and project scope- Define the project life cycle, the works to be done, resources and organization, quality standards, calendar, risks identification, evaluation and responses, and every task necessary to establish project baselines and conform an agreed-upon project plan- Execute the project plan- Monitor and control project changes and variances- Close the projectMy objective managing projects is delivering high quality products, with the planned scope in the planned calendar and without extra costs.... But delivering the product does not end the work since it greatly influences the way the organization performs, so the change management is also very important and a crucial part.
