Amara Resort & Spa (Northwood Hospitality, Sedona, AZ) – Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Rooms (07/2021-04/2022) - Revitalized the market’s leading craft cocktail program, brought careful curation to back bar and wine room. Authored new cocktail and wine menus. Led seasonal food menu changes.- Brought revenue management discipline to a busy destination restaurant, ensuring lower demand periods were filled with OpenTable reservations and table turns optimized.
