Lead the team of graphic designers and BETA team. Heavily contributes to the creation of new features being implemented to improve the site. Primarily focuses on prioritizing those and other development features based on time, effort, and budget (business analyst). He also established requirements for system enhancements to ensure the features being implemented and developed were in direct correlation to the needs of our customers (celebrities). Works on many UX (user experience) and UI (user interface) implementations and redesigns for the site on the desktop as well as the app. Also guides much of the design aspects when dealing with UX. Lead many creative strategy campaigns for "VIP"'s (celebrities) pages and works directly with the celebrities agent or marketing teams to create the best product for the celebrities target. Also involved in creating many problem solving solutions when faced with bugs or potential problems because lack of current technology.

I worked directly for the President and VP of Marketing on creative marketing and content strategies for celebrities that the company was targeting. He would have to create, attend, and often times, sell these strategies and campaigns directly to the celebrity and/or their agent and maintain a working relationship with them until the technology was for launch. Some of these Celebrities included (Willie Robertson, Duck Dynasty, Donald Trump, Justin Timberlake, Tim Brando, Cal Ripken Jr., Juan Hernandez, Cameron Dallas, Nash Grier, Aaron Carpenter). Later we created a marketing arm for the company called MAGCON, which was an instagram celebrity media meet and greet that went viral and turned these "celebrities" with 100K-1M followers into over night multi million followers/ fans on all platforms. I had to stay up to date with social media platforms that were popular or on the rise.I also ran the Social media for the company's Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
