The Inside Energy Advisor is the first point of contact for most of SolarCity’s residential customers, and is responsible for qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for Sales Representatives. The candidate will become a subject matter expert in rate plans and utilities. The ideal candidate must have a high degree of maturity, be a team player, and be able to handle a high volume of leads.

Process inbound calls for GCA gaming and check processing products that are generated from cash advance requests. Responsible for the collection of data or information and then inputting it into company systems and or forms to complete call and its related tasks. There will be times when the call requires interaction with financial institutions, language services, or internal and external company contacts. Upon transaction approval being received, will instruct the customer on how to retrieve their funds and complete the transaction. Will be utilized to support other company products and services as the business needs arise; these could be but are not limited to data preparation, research, entry, and inbound, or outbound call services.Provides credit and check cashing information from the Central Credit database to casino subscribers world-wide. Processes client requests and updates patron credit history by contacting casinos for detailed information. Required to attain a general understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and abide by the rules regulating credit reporting and the limitations surrounding disclosure or personal/confidential information. Performs time-sensitive administrative duties, entering critical data into the database.
