Following my success at John Holland (role below), I was engaged by CPB in a client-facing role to lead the MC planning and delivery aspects of the stage two redevelopment of the RAAF Base, Williamtown, NSW. During this period, I worked extensively with client-side teams and government representatives, ensuring the continuous operation of a live site, and carefully managing time, costs and key interfaces to deliver on target.♦ Expedited project commencement date by six months, in the absence of resources, taking on early works activities;♦ Minimised site disruptions, partnering with Defence stakeholders to maintain BAU operations;♦ Built relationships of trust and respect with the Defence client and project stakeholders.

Accountable to develop and implement a new claims management structure, I worked closely with senior level stakeholders to embed governance rigour at every stage of the claims settlement process. I was responsible for coordinating common plant and equipment between Gladstone, Australian Pacific Central, and Queensland Central jetties, and Launceston to Palmerston OPGW, minimising site disruption and ensuring continuous operation. To achieve this, I worked together with site representatives, balancing competing priorities and managing expectations, and implementing best-practice planning operations across the entire operation.♦ Instrumental in salvaging a derailing project, co-developing crisis remediation strategies, and recovery plans;♦ Enhanced project safety, environmental, time and cost outcomes, facilitating pre-start planning workshops.
