Since joining Techreative in July 2020 with the company being only 2 years old we have grown a considerable amount, taking on a number of new clients.I work closely with these clients delivering affordable, efficient and future-proof solutions with a focus on cloud-based technologies. Primarily working with non-profits, startups and small businesses that large MSP’s often overlook, we also produce specialized API and app development projects, deliver personal service support and strategic consulting.

Communicating with customers and colleagues on a daily basis to provide efficient and reliable delivery of products and services, whilst building/maintaining rapport to ensure complete satisfaction.• Take incoming customer enquiries and orders & deal with accordingly.• Procurement of special order products that are not within main product range.

Experience in landing repeat contracted orders, having established and developed valuable relationships with several sizable customers.

In addition to my sales and customer service roles, I look after and maintain the company online store. Including:• First port of call for website troubleshooting, both with colleagues and customers.• Creating homepage graphics for special offers and promotions. • Maintain online product catalogue's.• Creating and distributing customer accounts.
