Building Stack Overflow to help your team build and ship better.Starting in 2016, I originated, launched, and scaled the paid, private Q&A business at Stack Overflow from idea to the fastest growing part of Stack Overflow's business with hundreds of thousands of happy users and 8-figure ARR.

As Stack grew from 30 to 300, I oversaw all operations and corporate strategy/development. Responsible for the internal culture of the organization and the employee experience, I spent most of my time building the internal infrastructure of the company as well as launching new business projects, managing office operations, IT, finance, and special projects.During this time I built almost 100K sqft of offices in four cities, built HR and IT functions from scratch, and hired and onboarded multiple new executives.

Worked with our CEO to initiate, define, and execute on special projects like building new teams, international expansion, office build-outs, and more.I also led efforts with our ecosystem partners to help them better and more easily support their developer communities through Stack Overflow - leading projects with Facebook, Google, and the US Patent and Trademark Office.

Customer development, product management, and communications - whatever it takes to help bring the power of internet advertising to all local businesses.During my time at Yext I oversaw the customer success function of the core Yext Calls business, leading reducing customer churn through proactive measures and the development of new product tiers. I later helped lead the development and implementation of new products (like Yext Rep and Powerlistings) as part of the company's transition into it's current focus of helping companies ensure their information is up to date across the web.

Produced and ran events for UCSD's in house events office - my work involved everything from intimate fine arts performances and fundraisers to 25,000 person festivals. and speeches by leaders like Maya Angelou and Al Gore.

Founded and operated a non-profit organization aimed at refurbishing donated computers for underprivileged youths in, and emancipating from, foster care.
