I am co-founder and CEO of talent matching platform Pursuited. Pursuited is a new take on recruitment, with customer centricity built around candidates, who nominate their next step in their careers by creating a private profile on the platform. Candidates stipulate a number of criteria including salary, location, skills and job fit/culture. They don't need to apply to roles - Pursuited candidates are purely headhunted.Employers also benefit by tapping into the passive market and searching on the terms of the candidate first without needing to post a job or sift through inappropriate applicants.
