I led the global Product Design and Content Strategy team at Chegg. My team partnered closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Business and Marketing to deliver critical business results and product vision for Chegg.

Led a team of Interaction Designers for Apple's Marcom group. Was the UX Associate Creative Director for the new iPhone purchase experience on apple.com for the 2015 launch.

Led the design efforts for all transaction related projects for the web-based Apple Online Store. Designed Cart, Checkout, Store Emails, and all post-purchase systems across web and app platforms. Led the design for a variety of global expansion projects including China, Europe, and the Americas.

Led the design efforts from kick-off to launch for several large scale projects including a full redesign of Cart, Checkout, and all post-purchase systems for the Apple Online Store. Crafted project briefs, wireframes, information architecture diagrams, final designs, and detailed documentation. Evangelized design solutions to management and company executives.

Was the lead designer for almost every major tivo.com or mobile project at TiVo for more than 4 years. Completey redesigned the TiVo Online Store. Designed the TiVo Products section from scratch. Created an entirely new way to set up online recordings in a redesign project for tivo.com's Find TV Shows application.

Designed and developed NASA web sites. Created layout, interaction, and visual designs. Programmed PHP, Flash, DHTML, JavaScript and CSS. Ensured Section 508/accessibility compliance. Designed software interface for a Java-based color analysis application. Performed user-centered design methods, on-line polling, and user statistical analysis. Performed heuristic analysis of air traffic management software.

Designed web-based interfaces and hand-coded HTML for a variety of projects related to CNET's MySimon brand.
