I have done a lot in my almost 10 years out of school. Between running large events for the growth of WeWork to leading teams to gain fundraising and sponsorship, I have acquired the skills to start and grow businesses as well as lead people to results and success. I continue to use those skills in my current job to be the sole employee running a workspace for aesthetic professionals to run and grow their businesses. A breakdown in my skills include:Operations Management- I know the ins and outs of forecasting, budgeting, inventory management, building maintenance- I meet deadlines and can creatively problem solve when situations arise- I can negotiate lease terms, create SOPs and run security systemsSales & Marketing- Sales management including forecasting, follow ups, quotas expectations- I develop relationships with people and understand their needs for business growth and customer satisfaction - I run multiple social media accounts and create content that is appealing to customers- I can communicate effectively to ensure proper messaging is conveyed and intentions are clearLeadership- Motivating and working with people comes easily and naturally to me- Collaborating to hear different opinions and ideas and still create success is important to me- I am experienced interviewing, hiring, training, and developing people- I thrive in pushing my own limits, business limits, and the limits of the people I work with
