My clients have been both B2B and B2C, ranging from small product startups to large organizations with a global presence in various industries including food, automotive, consumer products, industrial x-ray, gambling, and more. • Collaborate with executive management to develop strategy and create market-driven proposals for all major accounts and prospects, with over 75% close rate on personally written proposals• Simultaneously manage full-cycle execution of multiple cross-channel projects and creative campaigns, continuously optimizing for ROI through A/B testing and data analysis • Ensure profitable, quality and timely project delivery by managing workflow and internal/external resources• Develop valued relationships and manage global client expectations through day-to-day contact• Guide strategic thinking in all phases of business through ongoing market research and end user interviews • Spearhead new process creation and company-wide onboarding of project management infrastructure Involved in a wide variety of projects:• Online: responsive website/e-commerce design, copywriting, PPC, SEO, email, video, social media, and inbound content • Offline: corporate brochures, product/vertical collateral, whitepapers, trade show booths, banners, print ads, PR and direct mail
