The unique startup environment with a fast paced development cycle and dynamic team effectively built years of experience into a very short period early in my career.Early career highlights include:- Built on 20 years of Exbabylon’s Aerospace Manufacturing experience to develop NIST 800-171, DFARS & CMMC compliance program to help Aerospace clients meet DoD contracting standards, included initiative to authorize Exbabylon as a Microsoft Government Cloud Service Provider.- Create security protocols, policies, procedures and internal control measures in order to meet the demands of modern HIPAA and HITECH regulations for Exbabylon's healthcare clients. - Team lead for secure platform development for the SpookyBox product, including hardened BSD OS and Web Application. Completed project was the industry's first highly secure Nessus Vulnerability Scanning appliance designed for government and defense use. Achieved multiple NSA TEMPEST Level 2 Certifications on tested products. - Lead Product Manager & Architect for a custom web based risk management, tracking and mitigation application for a Critical Access Hospital. Used hospital-wide for all risk documentation, required meeting strict security and regulatory requirements including- Led company IT management team expansion into the Mining vertical, including industry specific technology training, certifications and MSHA compliance.Held Secret Level DoD Security Clearance for past projects.
