I performed a flexible role as a waiter and bartender serving members of the prestigious RAC Club.Under the demand and expectation of providing consistently excellent service I was able to set-up and run a small bar independently, as well as interchange between waiting and bar work on a shift depending on the immediate need.

Over three and a half weeks I was responsible in overseeing the development of a group of 12 teenager’s as they undertook NCS, a national local community initiative.The primary target in this role was to ensure the group initially interact, and support them as they develop into a cohesive team. To achieve this I had to be organised in producing engaging activities which included overseeing debates.To be effective in my role I had to be a clear and enthusiastic communicator and to get to know my team to ascertain how they would best operate. As well as this I had to be relentlessly positive to ensure morale stayed high, as well as offering individual support to everyone in the group.
