I used to work for mortgage servicers, including handling collections, foreclosures, and REO until I decided to get my real estate license and joined the "dark side" in 1994. Started out doing BPOs, occupancy inspections, and initial services until I landed my first REO account and that's all I've been doing since 1997. I and 3 partners opened Tropics Realty Group that year and things were looking good until the boom hit and REOs dried up. Ultimately only 2 partners remained and we decided to join forces with Keller Williams in 2004. Now it's just me and my team doing it all, and we've taken it to the NXT LVL!
