Contributed to the report, "Communities Serve: A Systematic Review of Need Assessments on U.S. Veteran and Military-Connected Populations," sponsored by New York State Health Foundation.Wrote internal papers on conducting needs assessments and systematic review protocol. Conducted quantitative and qualitative research on veterans issues across several projects. Included extensive analysis of state and federal budgets.Acquired extensive expertise on qualitative research methods, including programs such as Atlas.ti.

Reduced 85% of discrepancies in the company’s fixed assets leading a summer-long project, involving coordination between multiple departments and the engineers on the shop floor. Led efforts along with the Shanghai office to create an improved process for P&L reporting across the APAC region. Assisted with financial reporting, fixed asset capitalization, and P&L reporting.

Developed a new process for state program ratings which saved tens of thousands of analyst work hours per year across all U.S. offices, earning the Bronze Ace award.Initiated credit ratings and acted as liaison between clients, financial advisers, and bond counsels during the initiation stage of the bond ratings. Provided operational support for credit analysis for debt issued by states and local governments.

Performed due diligence on mid-cap oil and gas mergers and acquisitions.Conducted revenue analysis for oil and gas companies and filed in claims to recover missing revenue.Reviewed mineral leases and land contracts to determine clients’ appropriate interest in oil and gas properties.Earned RL (Registered Landman) certification from the AAPL.
