As a head project administrator at Baker Real Estate, I support the development and execution of various real estate projects, from planning to closing. I manage the project documentation, and communication, ensuring compliance with the company's standards and policies. I also liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships. I have been working in this role for over a year, and have contributed to the successful completion of several projects.In addition to my project administration experience, I have been working as a server at Via Cibo, a casual Italian restaurant, for more than six years. I provide excellent customer service, food and beverage delivery, and cash handling, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I have received multiple recognition awards for my performance, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.I also pursued a degree in early childhood education at Seneca Polytechnic, and I graduated in August 2023 with honours. I have a passion for learning and teaching, and I have gained valuable knowledge and skills in early childhood development, curriculum design, assessment, and pedagogy. I have completed several practicum placements in various childcare settings, where I have applied my theoretical and practical skills to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences for children.I am a motivated, adaptable, and collaborative professional, with strong skills in customer relationship management, interpersonal relationships, and early childhood education. I am always eager to learn new things, take on new challenges, and grow my career.
