Inventium is a science-based innovation consultancy. Inventium has worked organisations including: Mirvac, King & Wood Mallesons, Lendlease, Commonwealth Bank, and Starlight Children's Foundation.Reporting to the Head of Growth and the Founder, I managed a number of Inventium's scalable products, including: the Workday Reinvention Program, online learning program and Inventium's Intrapreneur Club. I was also heavily involved in the development and role out of new products. Specifically, I was responsible for:- Owning the product roadmap and prioritising which ideas/features to progress- Collecting and analysing customer data to make informed and confident decisions - Working collaboratively across different areas of the business to deliver the best experience to our customers- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Iterating the product, based on customer feedback, data analysis and company strategy- Communicating changes to the product in a clear and concise way- Designing and running lean experiments to improve the products and the customer experience- Creating product delivery timelines- Working effectively with team members who are based in multiple locations (Sydney, regional NSW, Manilla).

Alongside my EA duties, I also took on the Project Manager role. I worked with many of Inventium's amazing clients to deliver their projects. This involved:- Logistics management- Relationship building- Planning out when elements of the project would be delivered

As EA to the CEO of Inventium, the role focused on:- Managing a very (!) busy diary - Managing all of Amantha's keynote engagements (closing opportunities, logistics)- Providing support to the product development team- Creating proposals for potential clients

EMILY's List is Australia's only financial, political and personal network for supporting progressive Labor women candidates into parliament.- Analyse previous Gender Gap Research reports- Identify voting trends of women in marginal seats over time- Create a report based on findings from previous Gender Gap Research pieces and additional field work

U1 Group is a leader in UX. Their services include: design, research, analysis, and strategy, all tailored to assist clients create excellent user experience. - Write proposals for prospective clients, adapting service descriptions to meet the objectives of the project- Provide support to senior staff in responding to briefs from both the Melbourne and Sydney offices- Research completed projects and create case studies for use in future proposals- Provide support to UX Consultants when conducting user testing in the Melbourne office- Use Salesforce to produce weekly reports on current and closed opportunities - Respond to enquiries from clients through email and phone

The Esanda Customer Connect Team at ANZ provides high level service to customers that are experiencing financial hardship. Assistance is tailored to each customer's specific situation, and the team places an emphasis on empowering the customer through education about their loan. As the eight Millennium Development Goals (MDG) expired in 2015, IWDA wanted to ensure that the post-2015 development goals incorporated a greater focus on gender equality.+ Monitored and analysed online journals, databases and articles for information pertaining to the MDGs+ Wrote weekly blog entries intended for the IWDA website+ Assisted in drafting a synthesis paper on the post-2015 MDG agenda for use at an Australian Council for International Development workshop

In 2013, IWDA received funding from AusAID through the Australian Leadership Award program to bring nine Cambodian Fellows to Australia to engage in training around gender and disability inclusion.+ Built relationships with stakeholders including: CBM-Australia, delegates from Cambodia and AusAID+ Organised a series of panel discussions in Sydney and Melbourne which Former Disability Discrimination Commissioner Graeme Innes attended+ Assisted with the structure of the training for the Cambodian Fellows+ Drafted the project outcome paper for AusAID+ Researched existing literature on gender and disability inclusion+ Assisted in the engagement of consultants to deliver training from a number of organisations, including Women With Disabilities Victoria+ Assisted the Grants Manager by editing consultancy agreements + Monitored project expenses to keep within budget targets+ Assisted in organising volunteers from IWDA to take notes during training workshops + Coordinated travel arrangements for nine Cambodian Fellows to Australia

As an Administration Volunteer for IWDA, I acted as the direct contact for IWDA supporters and members of the public. In 2011, the Grain and Horticulture teams at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF), was implementing an important update of the AQIS Authorised Officer (AAO) positions. I was initially hired to set up a system of record keeping, but I soon became involved in the roll out of the AAO update. My supervisor encouraged me to apply for a permanent position in DAFF, and my application was successful.+ Organised a series of rural sites where departmental workshops were held+ Liaised with industry stakeholders + Assisted in drafting a media release + Provided administrative support to the Grain and Horticulture teams e.g. minute taking+ Established a record keeping and filing system for the Horticulture team

The Secretariat of the Select Committee on the Reform of the Australian Federation was established in July 2010. The aim of the Committee was to examine priorities for the reform of relations between the three levels of government within the Australian federation. I often volunteered to take on higher duties, and my supervisor described my attitude as "keen and effective". + Researched and drafted a report on Australian federation for Committee use+ Assisted the Research Officer with ad hoc research tasks+ Organised meetings for the Secretariat and Senators on the Committee+ Published submissions received from the public for the Committee inquiry on the Senate website+ Managed Committee records using TRIM
