About Alejandro Mandes
In my years of ministry I have demonstrated a deep passion for God, His Word, and His people. At the center of that is a passion for disciple Making. Key skills include helping start ministries and helping stuck ministries adapt and focus on engaging the community with the result of transformation. I don’t see problems as a show stopper, but the beginning of a search for how God is at work to reach a new reality for ministry. According to the Strengthfinder my five strengths include: Strategic, WOO, Learner, Maximizer, and Communicator. My DISK is high I followed by lower D, then much less C and S. I am a peace maker/ healer but do not have a problem confronting dysfunctional individual/organizational action which impedes effectiveness. With God’s favor, I have often seen conflicting parties find a better way forward or even the positive benefit of parting ways.Bottom line l love people, doing things in teams, empowering them, then looking for what else God wants me to do while continuing to supervise from afar. My friends are always my friends. I rejoice in seeing others do well
