Originally having started with editing videos for them, gathering videos from YouTube as B-roll for other videos, providing the lyrics to the Kids City (the children’s service area), and compressing videos for more manageable use in the editing software, I have now been working as a camera operator for the three Sunday services, where I perform these duties at least once a month. I have formed a great rapport with many of the staff there: editors, cameramen, and actors alike.

I served as the assistant to the Creative Department. My duties included, but were not limited to editing and compiling videos and playlists for client/internal presentations using Adobe softwares (primarily Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop). I also managed a playlist of 3x1 videos that played in the lobby that was meant to welcome employees, guests, and clients while also showcasing our work and our city. Eicoff constantly pushed the boundaries of how much work I can do at a time, but I met the challenge each time with a smile and a “no problem.” My co-workers also highly appreciated my creative and intuitive spirit, and genuinely enjoyed the videos and playlists I create for them.

My job is as a sales representative selling Cutco brand knives. My knowledge of cooking and my personality has earned me great success in my line of work, having sold nearly $7,000 during my time there. I am also very much liked and respected by the staff and managers in my office, and they can all attest to how positive and fun I am.

My job was for me to scan the prices of all the items in a given section(s) of the store. I would be told that the price would either stay the same or be changed, whether the current price would be updated or removed. When the store closed, we placed the new prices over each item for the next day. This could take us as late as 2 or 3 am, and with Black Friday and Christmas sales, days could be incredibly long and challenging. This job taught me how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. While the youngest employee there by at least 15 years, I still formed a great relationship with my peers & manager.

My basic jobs were to prepare and cook pizzas, crazy bread (breadsticks), and wings. Also made the dough and shaped them into the pans we would bake them in. Through the 1 ¼ years of working there, I actually became one of the highest tenured employees due to high turnaround, showing my persistence in my work, and I formed healthy rapports with many of the employees and managers that came and went.

Here, I made a variety of foods, namely pizza, fried chicken, sandwiches, pasta, salads, and appetizers. I washed dishes, mopped the floors, and I was also the head delivery boy. This job is where I really began to really get into the camaraderie mindset and began to realize the pressures of having to fill orders and meet deadlines, all of which I began to do with ease.
