Brought on to bootstrap an internal IT department, after a decision was made to move away from outsourced support, adhering to ITSM practices. Introduction of internal ticketing system, introduced net terms with Apple to shift away from credit card purchasing of end-user computers (EUCs)/Depot Repairs, complete network refresh and expansion to a second floor within the same building, working with vendors and contractors for new office space build-out. Network Design to include Ubiquiti Software Defined Network, door access, and surveillance system integration, contract negotiations for office equipment (KMBS MFP), and working closely with Operations & HR to onboard/off-board employees. Provide support for a 90% macOS user base with the remaining 10% Windows. Google Workspace support, including providing legal discovery deliverables. Created a new naming schema for user accounts.
