With over 10+ years of sales and account management experience, I aim to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and to understand their needs and goals by developing a tailored strategy to help them achieve success. I work directly with end users (B2C) and dealers/distributors (B2B) daily: training, teaching, researching, and developing new business opportunities to drive sales growth and ultimately build a constructive relationship with each individual or account. I am a seasoned leader, and have managed multiple inside sales teams as well as individual outside reps and dealers across the domestic US. Although, my main focus has been sales, my experience has also been predominately focused around manufacturing, which has allowed me to be a more well rounded sales professional with a strong production background and knowledge. I assist with purchasing, production scheduling, and implementing processes to ensure that our team is working effectively to hit establish goals; all while working in tandem and across multiple departments including: marketing, sales, operations, and accounting. Above all, I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and creating a successful working environment and team.
