Almost eleven years of experience in External Audit, focused on large public and private companies in various sectors, among others: Hospitals, Diagnostic Medicine Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Services and Third Sector organizations.Summary of accumulated activities and responsibilities:- Planning of audits and managing the activities in that clients;Evaluation of internal controls, that I review and perform procedures, policies and process design);- Solving technical questions and doubts of the internal and external clients, audit team and partners;- Managing and supervising audit engagements teams, including audit of companies subject to Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) rules;- Largest team under supervision was composed by approximately 20 people (core team); responsible for coaching and general coordination;- Leadership role in “training the trainer”;- Solid experience in CVM requirements applicable to Brazil, such as Law 11.638/07, specific requirements for non-listed Companies in terms of financial statements preparation;- Preparation of financial statements;- Auditing of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and USGAAP principles, including reviews of interim financial reports prepared for CVM purposes on quarterly basis;- Preparation of independent auditors' report and others reports to support the audit work;- Analysis of significant variations in the financial statements;- Responsible for managing audit projects’ P&L, controlling and analyzing budgets (estimated hours and costs to be incurred during the project).
