Developed plan and effectively launched ERP within three months.- Identified tax non-compliance issues from doing business in the United States.- Orchestrated three-year audit qualification removal from financial statements through a carefully planned and executed process to re-value inventory.- Converted three years of statements from ASPE to IFRS.- Worked with the audit team and oversaw a reduction in proposed journal entries from 37 to 1. - Implemented a financial close process to eliminate material errors provided to the bank and management resulting in an issuance of statements within the first 10 days of the month.

CFO functions--------------------------------- Negotiated asset based lending agreement where 90% of inventory and 90% of accounts receivable up to 60 days were financed;- Negotiated acquisition agreement and executed reverse takeover with publicly listed company on the OTCQB;- Lead completed audited financial statements for 2013, 2012, and 2011 under US GAAP and managed quarterly reports;- Created Future Orientated Financial Information (FOFI) statements under Canadian GAAP for prospective investors. - Complete ongoing financial projections and financial modeling based on financial analysis that I conduct. Results are consistently accurate and realistic.- Pitched and closed over 2 million in investment into the company;- Manage compliance with BC Securities Commission and SEC (dual filer) for material reporting to maintain an active listing on the OTCQB;- Applied for and achieved S&P equity coverage, DTC eligibility, and DWAC eligibility to improve investor liquidity. Controllership functions--------------------------------- Prepared compliance documentation including T4s, payroll remittances, and GST returns; - Prepared payroll, bank reconciliations, and year end working papers, along with year-end financial statements and the corporate tax return; - Setup accounting system, procedures, and controls;- Implemented Quickbooks Enterprise.Operations-------------------- Outsourced pick and packing to logistics facility in the United States to speed delivery and reduce internal costs;- Manage IT and implemented ERP system;- outsourced data entry and internal reporting to offshore employees.
